About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Head
to lead and scale our digital marketing strategy across
India, UK, and US markets
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue through performance marketing, SEO, social media, content, analytics, and AI-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and growth strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor teams across
Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, CRM, and Marketing Automation
.
Manage and optimize
large marketing budgets
with a robust focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
Plan and scale campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Affiliates,



and other relevant platforms
.
Develop and oversee SEO strategies for
service-based, product-based, e-commerce, and SaaS businesses
.
Drive content marketing, social media, PR, email marketing, and brand-building initiatives.
Use analytics tools such as
GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards
to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies for
international markets
, particularly India, UK, and US.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Technology teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

AI & Emerging Digital Marketing
Develop and implement
AI-enabled marketing strategies and workflows

Leverage tools such as
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms
for research, content, campaign planning, personalization, and automation.
