About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Scrum Master
to facilitate Agile development practices, support high-performing teams, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles.
Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders.
Maintain and manage Agile workflows using Jira and Confluence.
Support continuous improvement and encourage a culture of collaboration and transparency.




Help teams follow Agile best practices and deliver quality outcomes within planned timelines.
Coordinate across multiple Agile teams in large-scale environments.
Support SAFe practices, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train activities where applicable.

Required Skills
3–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
Robust understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework.
Strong facilitation, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
Robust understanding of Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive them toward resolution.

Preferred Qualifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
