Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Architect & Interior Designer
with solid experience in
F&B; and hospitality projects
. The candidate will be responsible for handling projects from concept development to execution, ensuring the design, functionality, quality, and brand standards are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural and interior design projects for restaurants, cafés, and other F&B; spaces.
Develop concepts, layouts, space planning, and detailed design proposals.
Prepare and review architectural, interior, furniture, and working drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Check dimensions, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements at site.




Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and other technical requirements.
Ensure designs are practical, functional, cost-effective, and aligned with F&B; operational requirements.
Manage project timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Review BOQs, material specifications, quotations, and vendor proposals.
Support the selection of materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor.
Identify site issues and provide practical design solutions during execution.
Ensure quality and design standards are maintained throughout the project.
Work closely with the Operations, Projects, Marketing, and Management teams to understand brand and business requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project progress.
Support the development and maintenance of design standards across the company's F&B; brands.
