Role Overview

Amunra is a proprietary multi-manager trading platform in India that allocates the firm's capital and margin across a select group of external traders.

We are looking for a Senior Manager — Trading Operations & Middle Office to own the day-to-day operating infrastructure of the platform across traders, brokers, margin, risk, reconciliations, P&L; and performance reporting.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in proprietary trading, hedge fund/AIF/PMS middle office, institutional broking, securities operations or capital markets operations.

Key Responsibilities

Trader & Broker Operations
Manage onboarding and offboarding of external traders and brokers.
Maintain trader-broker-account mappings, trading IDs, APIs and access records.
Coordinate account setup, broker documentation and operational readiness.
Ensure trading access is appropriately activated, modified and revoked.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for external traders, brokers and custodians.
Resolve account, reporting, settlement,



access and other day-to-day operational issues.

Capital, Margin & Risk Operations
Implement capital and margin allocations approved by management.
Monitor broker balances, collateral, available margin and margin utilization.
Coordinate and execute approved cash, collateral and margin movements and confirm successful completion.
Track intraday trader P&L;, exposures, drawdowns and approved risk limits.
Escalate margin shortages, limit breaches, unusual activity and material operational issues.
Maintain appropriate approval and maker-checker controls around capital, margin and risk-related actions.

Trade, Position, Cash & Collateral Reconciliation
Reconcile daily trades, positions, cash and collateral against broker, custodian and other relevant source records.
Investigate trade breaks, missing trades, incorrect mappings and unexplained differences.
