Finance Analyst – Operations & Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a
Finance Analyst
to join the Operations & Engineering Finance team, partnering with local and global leadership across Operations, Engineering and Global Markets.

The role will support
budget management, forecasting, F2B expenses, financial analytics and firm-wide planning
, while also helping modernise and automate finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage
projections, accruals, reconciliations and budget processes
across multiple accounts.




Support financial analysis, reporting and business planning for senior stakeholders.
Own and maintain accurate financial data across the Operations & Engineering organisation.
Identify manual processes and develop
automated solutions
using Alteryx, Python and Excel/VBA.
Build
Power BI dashboards and data models
to improve financial visibility.
Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Engineering and Global Markets.

Requirements
Experience in
finance, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis
.
Robust Excel skills; VBA/macros advantageous.
Power BI
experience preferred.
Exposure to
Alteryx or Python
highly desirable.
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
