We are seeking an experienced
Data Architect
to design and govern scalable, secure, and productive data platforms in a
data mesh
setting. You will lead data architecture initiatives across multiple domains and support both operational and analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities
Create
conceptual, logical, and physical data models
to support business requirements in the
Pharma
domains.
Collaborate
with
data analysts and business stakeholders
to understand data needs and deliver
data solutions
. Maintain comprehensive
documentation
of
data models, data flows, and data dictionaries
.
Develop and enforce
data modelling standards
, including ER Models, Dimensional, flattened data models optimized for analytics.
Design and implement
enterprise-grade data architectures
leveraging the medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Lead the development of
data landscapes
, capturing sources, flows, transformations,



and consumption layers.
Collaborate with domain teams to ensure consistency across decentralized data products in a
data mesh architecture
.
Define metadata and data quality standards across domains.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Skills:
Experience in
Pharma domain
Data Modeling
using
Erwin Data Modeler Tool
(dimensional, flattened, common data model, canonical, and domain-specific, entity level data understanding from business process point of view)
Data Governance
and
Data Classification
frameworks

Architecture & Design:
Proven expertise in
Data Mesh
or
Domain-Oriented Data Architecture
Experience with
medallion/lakehouse architecture
Ability to create
data blueprints and landscape maps
across complex enterprise systems
