HOUSE OF VALERION is hiring passionate and professional Sales Executives / Sales Associates to join our growing fashion sales team for HASTON, our premium casualwear brand.

About the Role

We are looking for confident, well-educated and customer-focused individuals who have strong communication skills, a professional personality and a proven ability to convert customer interactions into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HASTON products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive sales through effective product presentation and customer engagement.
Explain product features, fabrics, fits, styling and pricing to customers.
Build robust and long-term customer relationships.
Maintain excellent customer service and premium shopping experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback and product-related concerns professionally.
Maintain product displays,



store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the inventory team.
Support promotional campaigns, new launches and brand activities.
Follow company sales processes, policies and grooming standards.

Candidate Requirements

Education
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Graduate candidates with a background in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail or Management will be preferred.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in sales, retail, fashion, lifestyle, premium retail or customer-facing roles.
Experience in fashion/apparel sales will be an added advantage.
Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered for junior positions.
