About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business prospects, connect with potential clients, understand their marketing requirements, and convert leads into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable Digital Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Website Development and other digital solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
Follow up with prospects consistently and manage the sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and closures.
Track market trends, competitors, and potential business prospects.
Achieve assigned lead generation, revenue, and conversion targets.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Sales.
Experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising / IT / Media agency will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong lead generation and cold-calling abilities.
Ability to understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
