Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks using exact recipes.
Train, guide, and support junior bartenders and bar backs.
Check stock levels, count inventory, and order new supplies.
Create recent cocktail recipes and update drink menus.
Handle cash, credit card payments, and POS terminal transactions safely.
Enforce local legal drinking age laws and responsible alcohol service.
Keep the bar counter, equipment, and glass storage clean and hygienic.
Deep knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and current beverage trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy boxes.
Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
