Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent travel consultation.
Sell domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, fixed departures, and customized itineraries.
Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
