Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and improve day-to-day production activities at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations, production planning, manpower management, quality control, and production process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily production activities and production targets.
Plan production schedules based on orders, material availability, and manpower.
Supervise production teams and ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
Ensure production is completed as per quality standards and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics,



and Management.
Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Reduce production wastage, rework, downtime, and operational costs.
Maintain production records, reports, and relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company SOPs.
Train and guide production supervisors and workers.
Continuously improve manufacturing processes and productivity.
Handle production-related challenges and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/production workplace.
Must have strong experience working in a manufacturing plant.
Solid knowledge of production planning and production management.
Experience in managing production manpower and shop-floor activities.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
