NJob Role

nWe are looking for a Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about travel, confident in client handling and target-oriented. And the job is based in Ahmedabad Gujarat.

NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle B2C travel enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
N
Understand customer requirements and create customized travel packages & itineraries.
N
Sell Domestic & International holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and visa services.
N
Prepare quotations, handle negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
N
Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly sales & conversion targets.
N
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers and internal operations team.
N




Maintain solid customer relationships and generate repeat & referral business.
N
Stay updated with destinations, travel trends, airline policies and offers.
N

nREQUIREMENTS

N
1–3 years of experiencein Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales preferred.
N
Good knowledge of Domestic & International destinations.
N
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
N
Good command of English& Hindi;

Gujarati is an advantage.

N
Basic knowledge of visa, ticketing, hotels and travel documentation.
N
Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.
N
Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is preferred.
