About the Role
We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling operational tasks involving data management, tele-calling, onboarding support, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform data entry, validation, cleansing, and reporting activities using MS Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Coordinate telecalling activities for candidate, customer, or stakeholder engagement.
Support employee/vendor onboarding processes and documentation.
Maintain records and tracking of company assets.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Handle operational queries and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and data confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Operations, Back Office, Customer Support, Data Management, or related roles.

Technical Skills
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Filtering, Reporting, Basic Formulas).
Experience in dataset handling and data management.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with telecalling and stakeholder interactions.

Language Requirement (Mandatory)
English (Mandatory)
Hindi (Mandatory)
Knowledge of any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be an added advant
