Key Responsibilities
Conduct classes: Lead daily spoken English lessons, group chats, and public speaking drills.
Focus on pronunciation: Correct accent, intonation, and phonetic sounds in real time.
Design activities: Plan role-plays, debates, and storytelling exercises to build confidence.
Track progress: Test speaking skills regularly and give helpful feedback.
Manage setting: Keep a friendly and safe space where shy students feel free to
Key duties include running interactive speaking sessions, correcting pronunciation, building vocabulary, and creating engaging group discussions for learners of different skill level
