About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations across 3H World. The candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, employee engagement and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate offer letters, joining documentation and onboarding.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Collect and verify employee documents.
Maintain updated employee files and HR records.




Conduct joining formalities and employee orientation.
Ensure employees understand company policies, attendance procedures and workplace requirements.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance across centres and client locations.
Track leaves, late marks, absenteeism and attendance discrepancies.
Coordinate attendance inputs with respective reporting managers.
Maintain monthly attendance records for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for monthly salary processing.
Provide accurate attendance, leave, incentives and deduction data.
Address basic employee salary-related queries and coordinate their resolution.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR queries.
Support grievance handling and escalate issues when required.
Assist in employee engagement and team-building activities.
