Role Overview

Valeur Fabtex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Associate with robust knowledge of the Skill Development & Training industry and hands-on experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) business.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with Government Departments, Government Institutions, PSUs, Corporations, Skill Development Missions, Education & Training Bodies, and other institutional clients.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete government business cycle, including lead generation, tender opportunities, client coordination, proposal submission, follow-ups, negotiations, order conversion, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current B2G business opportunities in the Skill Development and Training sector.
Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, Ministries, State Government bodies, PSUs, Skill Development Missions, Government Institutions, and other relevant organizations.
Identify upcoming government tenders, RFPs, EOI, RFQs,



empanelment prospects, and skill development projects.
Study tender/RFP requirements and coordinate internally for eligibility, documentation, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
Develop business opportunities related to skill development, vocational training, employability, placement-linked training, workforce development, education, and government training programs.
Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of EOI, RFP, tender documents, technical proposals, commercial proposals, presentations, and other required documentation.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with government officials, institutional clients, and project stakeholders.
Attend pre-bid meetings, client meetings, government meetings, presentations, and business discussions as required.
Track tender results, negotiations, clarifications, work orders, agreements, and project requirements.
