Job Summary

We are seeking a
FircoSoft Application Integration Engineer
with strong experience in
messaging, integration technologies, data processing, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technologies such as
Kafka and IBM MQ
, along with a good understanding of enterprise application integration and transaction processing.

The role will involve supporting and integrating
FircoSoft/COTS applications
within a complex enterprise workplace. The candidate should be comfortable working with existing applications, understanding integration flows, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with technical and business teams. Familiarity with
AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot
is expected, along with a willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Application & FircoSoft Support
Support and maintain




FircoSoft and other enterprise/COTS applications
.
Develop a robust understanding of application architecture, business processes, interfaces, and dependencies.
Analyze application issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution.
Work with application, infrastructure, middleware, database, and production support teams to resolve incidents.
Support application upgrades, configuration changes, deployments, and production releases.
Understand existing FircoSoft integrations and support enhancements as required.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for complex application issues.

Messaging & Integration
Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise integration solutions using
Kafka, IBM MQ
, and related messaging technologies.
Work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns.
