Job Summary

We are looking for a Quotation Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing quotations and proforma invoices, handling customer enquiries, and coordinating follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proforma invoices.
Handle customer enquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and requirements.




Maintain and update quotation records and databases.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and other internal teams as required.
Ensure quotations are prepared according to customer requirements and company pricing.
Maintain proper documentation and records of customer communications and quotations.
Perform other quotation-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Strong client handling and follow-up skills
Confident and professional personality
Good telephone etiquette and professional communication
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
