Job Summary
: We are looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
to manage employee relations, engagement, disciplinary matters, rewards & advantages, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders and approximately
travel
across PAN India branches.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work workplace.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution while ensuring fair and consistent practices.




Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related strategies and workforce planning.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning.
Administer rewards & recognition and employee perks programs, ensuring timely execution and communication.
Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
Travel extensively across PAN India branches (approximately 60%) to support business and employee requirements.

Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of experience
