Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Full Stack Trainer to join our training team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Python full-stack development, along with a minimum of 5 years of qualified training experience.

The candidate should be capable of delivering practical, project-oriented training and guiding students through real-world application development.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
Provide practical, hands-on training with real-world projects.
Train students in Python, web development, databases, APIs, and frontend technologies.
Guide students in developing and completing full-stack projects.
Explain programming concepts clearly and effectively to students with different skill levels.
Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises,



and project activities.
Mentor students and help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current Python full-stack technologies and industry practices.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Python and Python-based web development.
Experience with frameworks such as Django and/or Flask.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frontend development.
Knowledge of React or another modern frontend framework is preferred.
Robust understanding of REST APIs and database concepts.
Experience with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Git/GitHub knowledge is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
