Job Summary

YesJay Associates is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage, develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.

This is a client-facing relationship management and business development role. The candidate will regularly interact with SME business owners, startup founders, entrepreneurs, high-value clients, senior professionals, corporate decision-makers , celebrities and other high-profile individuals.

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, professionally groomed, confident in face-to-face interactions, commercially driven and comfortable travelling for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Manage relationships with SME business owners, startup founders, entrepreneurs and corporate clients.




Handle high-value and key client relationships with professionalism, discretion and maturity.
Understand clients' businesses, requirements, expectations and concerns.
Handle leads, enquiries, follow-ups and business development prospects.
Meet prospective and existing clients at their offices or other convenient locations.
Conduct business discussions with SME owners, startup founders, entrepreneurs, senior professionals and corporate decision-makers.
Understand business requirements and identify suitable YesJay services.
Identify cross-selling and service-expansion opportunities among existing clients.
Coordinate quotations and proposals and follow up until closure.
Communicate professionally regarding scope, pricing and services.
Coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding and service delivery.
Handle client complaints and concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
