Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in a growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate accounting, including RERA compliance, project-wise accounting, vendor payments, and GST/TDS processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
Maintain project-wise books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliation statements
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with income tax compliance
Handle RERA-related financial compliance and reporting, including cost and revenue tracking as per RERA format
Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and bank reconciliations
Ensure timely vendor payments, invoice verification, and proper documentation




Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with CA firms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure customer receipts, agreements, and statutory compliance

Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
Working knowledge of RERA compliance and reporting
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Highrise , SAP, etc.)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance
Positive understanding of real estate project financials and cash flow
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling real estate project accounting and RERA submissions
