About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations who can manage multiple hiring requirements across different D2C brands and business functions.

This is a senior ownership role for an experienced HR qualified who understands the D2C and eCommerce ecosystem and can identify, attract and hire the right talent across multiple departments and brands.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously across different D2C brands.
Work with brand founders, leadership teams and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Hire talent across multiple functions including:
Performance Marketing
Social Media & Content
Graphic Design & Creative
Video Editing
Shopify / eCommerce Development




Sales & Business Development
Customer Support
Operations & Supply Chain
Logistics
Marketplace Management
E-commerce & Catalog Management
Finance & Accounts
Brand Management
Other specialized D2C roles
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, recruitment platforms and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interview rounds.
Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer management and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Develop efficient hiring processes and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Build a strong network of D2C and eCommerce specialists.
