Fellows will work across branding, fundraising, communications, project management, research, and stakeholder engagement while developing leadership, problem-solving, and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities

NGO Operations & Administration
Support community projects and program implementation
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Maintain project records and operational data
Coordinate day-to-day NGO activities

Digital Marketing & Communications
Create engaging social media content, reels, and campaigns
Design presentations and awareness materials
Support branding and digital outreach initiatives

Project & Program Management
Conduct research and needs assessments
Assist in planning and executing sustainability projects
Coordinate events, workshops, and awareness campaigns

Fundraising & CSR Engagement
Assist in preparing CSR and fundraising proposals
Support donor outreach and partnership development
Research funding opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
Coordinate meetings with partners, donors, and volunteers
