Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nalsoft, a leading Oracle Specialized Partner, is looking for a passionate and result-oriented
IT Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a recruitment skilled with
5–8 years of experience
in IT and Non-IT hiring who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and successfully closing positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for open positions across departments and experience levels.
Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with internal stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience
in IT recruitment with proven expertise in
end-to-end hiring
.
Strong hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within aggressive hiring timelines.
