Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To drive vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, developing business prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through market visits, references, cold calling, digital inquiries, and customer databases.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
Explain vehicle specifications, features, advantages, pricing, finance options, and applicable offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives for prospective customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings and sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration/RTO,



and other departments to support smooth vehicle delivery.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, booking documents, and other required sales documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions in CRM/DMS.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, customer meets, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure a positive post-sales customer experience.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns professionally.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
