Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate document collection and joining formalities.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Support onboarding and other HR activities when required.
Skills Required
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, sales, or service-sector hiring.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
