About the Role

Kshetry & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, client accounts, bookkeeping, documentation, and coordination with auditors and Chartered Accountants.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting practices, be comfortable handling multiple client accounts, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions for clients.
- Prepare and maintain memos, bills, invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain client ledgers, account statements, and supporting records.
- Perform daily accounting entries and ensure transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and identify/resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain client-wise files, documents, expenses, and accounting records in an organized manner.




- Monitor client-wise expenses and transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountants (CAs) for audits, accounts finalisation, and other accounting requirements.
- Handle and monitor financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing accounting reports, schedules, and information required by clients, auditors, and management.
- Manage the monthly payment tracker.
- Follow up on pending accounting documents and maintain proper records for each client.
- Support other accounting and finance-related activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts administration preferred.
- Good understanding of ledger maintenance, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Ex
