Role Description

This is an in office, full-time position for a Business Development Manager based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. They will lead sales initiatives, negotiate and close deals, develop strategies to expand market presence, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients’ IT infrastructure needs.





Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud & cybersecurity services
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and references
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Leverage your existing client database and industry connections to drive new business
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized IT solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track sales performance metric
