Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization’s talent acquisition requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and trackers.




Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Valuable understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable working from the Noida office.

CTC / Compensation: As per experience and organizational budget.
