nPROPSHOP is looking for an experienced and result-driven Vice President – Sales to lead and scale our real estate sales operations in Noida.

n

nThis is a team-led leadership role. Candidates must have an existing Real Estate Sales team of at least 5 members and should be able to join along with their team. Individual applicants without an existing team will not be considered.

nKey Responsibilities:

Join, lead and manage an existing team of 5–10+ Real Estate Sales specialists.
n
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
n
Drive revenue growth, sales performance and profitability.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners and developers.
n
Expand business opportunities across Noida and Delhi-NCR.
n
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent target achievement.
n

nRequirements:

Must have an existing team of minimum 5 Real Estate Sales professionals and be willing to join with the team.
n
4+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
n
Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
n
Robust network and market knowledge of Noida / Delhi-NCR Real Estate.
n
Experience managing sales targets, revenue and business growth.
n
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
