Key Responsibilities: Assist in the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. Support the Electrical Maintenance team in day-to-day plant activities. Gain hands-on exposure to motors, transformers, switchgear, MCC/PCC panels, electrical distribution systems and other plant equipment. Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Monitor electrical parameters and assist in troubleshooting electrical faults. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical safety standards. Maintain necessary records, reports and documentation. Coordinate with various departments for smooth plant operations. Learn and understand industrial processes, equipment and maintenance practices. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Training & Development: Selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and will get practical exposure to industrial operations, maintenance, safety practices and plant systems.
