Job Type: Full-Time A reputed Interior Fit-Out & Construction Company in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Interior Design Engineer for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas chance for professionals with expertise in interior design, fit-out execution, and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and site teams for project execution.
Supervise interior fit-out works including ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, painting, lighting, and finishing works.
Review shop drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.





Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects.
Experience in hotels, resorts, commercial, or luxury residential interior projects is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, and MS Office is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in hospitality or resort interior fit-out projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a quick-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
