Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.




Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the JD.
Conduct initial candidate screening through calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary/CTC and discuss notice period with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring status.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
