Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Arabic, and other international cuisine dishes.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Plan and organize daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.




Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Multi Cuisine Chef.
Robust knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other international cuisines.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
