Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked products.
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, and decorations for pastry items.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen at all times.




Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients according to food safety standards.
Support the Pastry Chef in daily production and kitchen operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Commis or in a similar pastry/bakery role.
Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or bakery production is preferred.
Good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
