Basic Salary: MUR 28,000/month (Approx. INR 56,200)
Food Allowance: MUR 2,000/month (Approx. INR 4,000)

Job Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material estimates, and project cost reports.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the construction process.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement activities.
Prepare and verify interim payment certificates, invoices, and final accounts.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate cost control.
Maintain documentation related to contracts, measurements, and project billing.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Civil only).
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, and cost control.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
