Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Officer for Taneira. The candidate will be responsible for providing a premium shopping experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting sarees, ethnic wear, apparel and accessories.
Explain product details, fabrics, craftsmanship, designs and pricing.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on recent collections.
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with stock checking, replenishment and inventory management.
Handle billing,



POS transactions and customer queries.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support daily store operations and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:
12th Pass / Graduate.
13 years of experience in retail, fashion, ethnic wear, sarees or lifestyle brands preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Passion for Indian fashion, textiles and traditional craftsmanship.
Well-groomed and confident personality.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
