About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our perfume store. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills and an interest in fragrances and retail sales.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of sales/retail experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
Explain fragrance notes, variants and product features.
Handle sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain the store, displays and product presentation.
Manage billing and basic inventory activities.
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain a premium and welcoming shopping experience.

Requirements




Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in sales/retail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable and enthusiastic personality.
Willingness to learn about perfumes and fragrances.
Customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a retail/store environment.
Candidates from hospitality, retail, fashion or customer-service backgrounds are welcome.
