Role & responsibilities
Assess patients nursing needs and provide appropriate nursing care.
Monitor and record patients vital signs and clinical condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency care.
Maintain proper infection-control and hygiene practices.
Ensure secure handling and administration of medications.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
Maintain ward cleanliness, safety, and proper nursing equipment.
Report any change in the patients condition promptly to the doctor/Ward In-charge.
Follow hospital protocols, nursing standards, and patient-safety guidelines.




Participate in shift handovers and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.
Handle emergency situations appropriately and provide first aid/CPR as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled conduct at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration.
Positive clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
