Job Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly.
Maintain proper stock arrangement and material identification in the warehouse.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities safely and efficiently.
Ensure correct material quantity and packing before dispatch.
Prepare delivery challans, loading reports, and dispatch records.
Handle material movement using pallet trucks, forklifts, or manual handling methods.
Maintain material GRN and inventory management.
Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse area.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for material availability.
Monitor damaged, excess, or shortage materials and report to management.
Follow company safety procedures during loading and unloading operations.
Support physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure timely vehicle loading as per dispatch schedule.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling
Material loading/unloading procedures
Basic understanding of packing and dispatch documentation
Knowledge of safety practices in warehouse operations
Ability to handle inventory records in Excel/ERP systems
Forklift or material handling equipment knowledge preferred
