Role Overview

Hiring Telecallers for a leading Life Insurance company. The candidate will connect with loan customers and explain the importance of loan protection insurance. The role includes both inbound and outbound calling.

Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Explain loan protection insurance perks.
Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain call records and achieve targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred.

Language Requirement

Candidate must know:
Any one South Indian language:
Kannada
Telugu
Tamil
Hindi & English are mandatory.

Other Details
Contract role for 11 months.
Based on performance, continuation prospect will be provided.
