Job Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status.
Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
Verify patient insurance and billing information.
Resolve claim-related issues and secure maximum reimbursement.
Update claim details accurately in the system.




Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain skilled communication with US healthcare insurance representatives.

Positive English Communication Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge
