Salary: USD 580/month (Approx. INR 55,000)

Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Indian and Chinese cuisine as per company standards.
Plan and prepare daily menus while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Cook a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes, including curries, biryani, tandoor items, fried rice, noodles, gravies, soups, and appetizers.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage food preparation, plating, portion control, and inventory.




Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an Indian & Chinese Cuisine Chef.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or catering kitchens is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese menu preparation and commercial kitchen operations.

Mandatory for Selection

Food Menu Card prepared by the candidate is Mandatory.
