AREA(S) OF RESPONSIBILITY
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best
practices and scalable architecture principles.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, script
includes, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, catalog items, forms, lists, and
application configurations.
Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP,
IntegrationHub, web services, and ServiceNow APIs.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document
solution options, and translate needs into technical designs.
Support platform enhancements, production support, defect resolution,
upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.
Participate in solution design reviews, technical governance,



code reviews,
and release readiness discussions.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue
remediation across ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications,
support procedures, and knowledge articles.
Partner with testing and business teams to support functional testing,
regression testing, UAT, and production validation.
Identify prospects to automate manual processes, improve platform
reliability, and enhance the user experience.
