Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Hospital

Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient and attendant queries and provide proper guidance regarding hospital services.
Coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and other departments.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, follow-ups, and feedback.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with patients and their families.
Assist patients throughout their hospital journey and ensure a smooth experience.
Handle patient complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Conduct follow-up calls with patients regarding appointments, consultations, tests, and treatments.
Maintain patient records and update CRM/database accurately.
Support hospital services, packages, and other healthcare offerings.
Coordinate with corporate clients, insurance/TPA teams, referral partners, and external stakeholders where required.
Work towards patient satisfaction, retention, and achievement of assigned business/relationship targets.
