Our client is looking for an experienced HRMS Functional Consultant to join a global HRIS transformation program. This role will primarily focus on Workday Core HCM and Onboarding, supporting global operations, driving configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

Work closely with the Workday AMS core team on global HRIS initiatives.
n
Lead end-to-end configuration of Workday Core HCM and Onboarding modules.
n
Serve as a subject matter expert for HRMS processes and support activities across live countries.
n
Drive solution design, conduct workshops, and engage with business stakeholders.
n
Own and optimize business processes within Workday.
n
Manage defects, releases, and feature adoption activities.
n
Collaborate with integration, reporting, and security teams.
n
Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
n
Support security configuration, roles, permissions, and data privacy requirements.
n
Mentor junior team members and review deliverables.
n

nRequired Experience & Qualifications

n

n
5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
n




Solid expertise in Core HCM, Onboarding, and Workday business processes.
n
Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder management roles.
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
n
Experience in Workday support or AMS settings is preferred.
n

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, especially Core HCM and Onboarding.

Valuable understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, mobility, and training.

Ability to bridge global processes with local business requirements.

Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support projects.

Ability to understand and interpret project documentation and process models.

nTechnical Skills

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
n
Experience with Workday reporting and advanced Excel.
n
Basic understanding of Workday security, roles, and permissions.
n
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR is an added advantage.
