We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join a global HRIS transition/AMS project, with primary responsibility for Core HCM and Onboarding.

nKey Responsibilities :

Lead/configure Workday Core HCM & Onboarding.
n
Work on Workday AMS/support for live countries.
n
Drive solution design, workshops & client discussions.
n
Own business process design and optimization.
n
Manage defects, releases and feature adoption.
n
Collaborate with Integration & Reporting teams.
n
Support Workday security, roles & permissions.
n
Prepare project/documentation deliverables.
n
Mentor junior consultants.
n

nRequired Skills :

n

n
5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
n
Solid expertise in Core HCM & Onboarding.
n
Robust Workday configuration experience.
n
Experience in AMS/support projects.
n
Client-facing experience.
n
Understanding of HR processes and global/local process gaps.
n
Basic Workday reporting / Excel.
n
Knowledge of Workday security, roles & permissions.
