Job Role: Sales Manager - Team Leader

Experience: 3+ Years in Field Sales

CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentive + Others Advantages

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, Lead and motivate the sales team.
Manage sales activities and achieve targets in the assigned area.
Develop current customers and maintain existing client relationships.
Monitor daily sales, leads, and follow-ups.
Visit customers and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and update management.

Candidate Profile:
A bachelor's degree in any industry.
3+ years of sales & marketing experience
Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
