We are looking for a senior insurance skilled to take ownership of the Agency Channel and drive business growth through a strong distribution network.

Key Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Agency Channel business for the assigned territory.
Build, manage and develop a high-performing agency sales team.
Drive recruitment, activation and productivity of insurance advisors/agents.
Develop strategies to achieve business, premium and revenue targets.
Strengthen relationships with agents and key business partners.
Monitor team performance and improve productivity.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
Ensure solid sales discipline, customer focus and business compliance.

Senior-Level Profile




Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Life Insurance
Agency Channel experience is mandatory
Proven experience in managing sales teams and agency distribution.
Solid understanding of advisor recruitment, activation and productivity.
Excellent leadership, communication and business development skills.
Strong track record of achieving insurance sales targets.
